What makes Shambori Spirit creations unique?
Each piece from Shambori Spirit is a reflection of soulful intention and artistic freedom. We create in small quantities, allowing each item to carry its own unique energy. Our designs blend spirituality, intuitive creation, and a deep connection to nature and symbolism.
Where are your products made?
All Shambori Spirit pieces are handmade with love between two dedicated ateliers in Puerto Escondido in Mexico. Our garments are sewn by our wonderful sewing lady in her home studio, with great care and craftsmanship. I personally create all stone-based pieces myself, infusing each one with intention and energy.
Are all items handmade?
Yes, every Shambori Spirit piece is handmade with care. The garments are sewn one by one by our sewing lady in her home atelier, and all stone-based pieces are crafted by hand in my studio. While we don't produce our own fabrics, each item is assembled and finished manually, ensuring authenticity and soul in every creation.
Do you use natural or recycled materials?
We primarily work with natural materials stones, fibers, wood and fabrics whenever possible.
Occasionally, we incorporate special fabrics or prints that speak to our aesthetic, even if they’re not 100% natural. These are always used thoughtfully and in very limited quantities.
Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?
You can place your order directly through our website. Simply choose the item you love, select any available options (like size or variation), and add it to your cart. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps. It’s easy and secure!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as secure payment options like PayPal. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.
Can I modify or cancel my order after purchase?
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 12 hours.
Once your order is being processed or shipped, we can no longer make modifications. Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location, and you’ll see all options clearly displayed at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing times usually take between 2–5 business days, as each piece is carefully prepared. Delivery times then depend on your location:
- Domestic orders: typically 3–7 business days
- International orders: usually 1–2 weeks
How can I track my package?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package online and stay updated on its journey.
What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package seems delayed, please first check the tracking details. Sometimes carriers experience temporary delays. If your package appears lost or doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we’ll assist you in finding a solution.
Will I have to pay customs fees when ordering from Europe or abroad?
Sometimes, international orders may be subject to customs duties or VAT upon arrival. This depends on your country’s regulations and the delivery service.
The truth is: ✨ most small packages pass smoothly without extra fees. ✨
But occasionally, customs may apply taxes. If that happens, these charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
We prefer to be transparent, so you know what to expect. Each order is shipped with love from our atelier in Mexico, and once on its way, it follows the rules of the country it enters.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Shambori Spirit creation. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
Can I exchange an item?
Due to international shipping from Mexico, we are unfortunately unable to offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change your item, we recommend returning it (if eligible) and placing a new order. This way, you can receive exactly the piece you want.
How do I request a return?
To request a return, please contact us at shamborispirit@gmail.com. We’ll guide you through the process and provide the return address. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
Custom & Personalized Items
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! We love creating one-of-a-kind pieces. For now, custom requests can be made directly by email. In the near future, we’ll launch a dedicated section on our website where you’ll be able to choose a base model and select your favorite fabrics and stones.
How do I request a personalized piece?
To request a personalized piece, simply email us at shamborispirit@gmail.com. Share your ideas and preferences, and we’ll get back to you with options, timing, and a price estimate. Please note that custom creations involve extra time and attention, so the price will be higher than standard items.
Are custom orders returnable?
Because custom creations are made especially for you, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. We always confirm the details with you before starting to ensure you’ll be happy with your unique piece.
Care Instructions / Materials
How should I take care of my creations?
To keep your Shambori Spirit garments looking beautiful, we recommend gentle care. Hand wash only.
Let your pieces air dry naturally and avoid tumble drying, which can damage fabrics, stones and shapes.
Are your materials safe for sensitive skin?
We mostly work with natural fabrics and stones, chosen with care for their quality and feel. From time to time, we use special prints or fabrics we love, even if they’re not fully natural. If you have sensitive skin or specific concerns, feel free to reach out before ordering.
Do you offer repairs?
Because each piece is hand-sewn, stones may naturally loosen or come off over time. We do not provide replacement stones or repair services. If this happens, you can always have the piece resewn locally or add new stones of your choice to give it a fresh energy.
🌿 According to some beliefs, when a stone is lost, it means it has already fulfilled its purpose for you, it has done its work. Each creation is meant to evolve with time, carrying its own story and spirit.
